Your order means a lot to us, which is why we are dedicated to providing fast, safe and reliable delivery services for all our mantels.  We offer free shipping on all orders with delivery to destinations in the lower 48 States (currently free shipping is not offered to Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands or the Hawaiian Islands).  We do not ship internationally at this time.

We will ship orders within 2 business days upon placement of your order.  Based on your location, orders will deliver within 3-8 business days.  Generally, we use FedEx for all shipments except swatches which are sent by USPS.  Since mantels are sent via FedEx, you must use a physical street address, post office boxes and military (APO/FPO) are not accepted.  It is worth noting that Fed Ex delivers to your doorstep and in most cases will do not deliver inside.

Customer requests for airfreight, expedited carrier or overnight shipments will result in additional freight costs. Prior to ordering, please contact us for these costs, please use our chat feature (located at left) or email us at hello@hamptonmantels.com for assistance with this type of shipping.  

We have no liability for failure to deliver, or for delay in delivery, due to any cause outside the control of Hampton Mantels. The liability of the carrier constitutes transport of property with reasonable dispatch and delivered within a reasonable time especially during inclement weather or other unforeseen carrier delays. The notification we send you when the product ships is a service but is no guarantee of delivery time and date.

Additional accessorial charges including layover, re-consignment, etc. incurred will be passed along to the customer.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES: 

  • To ensure your product is in excellent condition all orders are inspected prior to shipment.
  • Please check the carton when its delivered. Should the carton be damaged (tears, rips, dents, or is in poor condition) and if the carrier is present, have them make a notation on the delivery receipt that there is damage to the carton. Please open the carton and inspect the item for damage. If you find damage to the item, review the damaged shipment paragraph in our return policy by clicking here.


Order Cancellations:
Once an order has been placed it can only be changed or cancelled if the order is not in the process of being picked for shipping. Picking generally begins within 1 to 2 hours after an order is received. In most cases, the order will be shipped the same day if placed before 3pm Eastern time. If you wish to cancel your order prior to picking, please contact us immediately using our chat feature (located at left) or email us at hello@hamptonmantels.com between the hours of 8am and 4pm Pacific time.  If items have been shipped, the order may be returned following our standard return procedures by clicking here.

 

 

Underliverable or Refused Shipments: 
It is CRITICAL that you double-check your delivery address before completing your order.  Undeliverable or refused shipments will be charged freight both ways on your form of payment.  Additionally, all refused shipments are subject to a 15% restocking charge billed on your form of payment.

 

Address Changes:
If an order has already shipped, please see our returns section for further details (click here). Incorrect shipping addresses (wrong house number, wrong ZIP code, missing apartment number, etc.) will incur an $20.00 charge. This fee is charged to us by our carriers and warehouse. Please double-check your shipping address for accuracy.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?
Upon completion of your order you will receive an email confirmation from us with details of the purchase. As soon as the order has been fulfilled and is with the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Missing Items:
Prior to packing the cartons, we check that all parts are included. In exceedingly rare instances, a part may be missing. In your carton is an instruction manual listing all parts enclosed. Please inspect your carton for missing accessories.  If a package arrives with missing items, contact us immediately. After 7 days of receipt, we are not responsible for missing items from that order.
