Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. We will do our best to satisfy your requirements. We offer a 30-day limited money back guarantee return policy. Only unused merchandise in its original condition and in original packaging with packaged accessories and original shipping materials may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the order date.  All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This is obtained by contacting Hampton Mantels at hello@hamptonmantels.com.

Once approved, we will create and send you an email with the RMA number to be affixed to the carton, and a FED EX shipping label to print and affix to the carton. Pack your item in the original box using the original packing materials and straps. To ensure the product is not damaged in transit, make certain the item is packed exactly how it was received.

If a product is returned due to buyer’s remorse or order error, you are responsible for a 15% restocking charge and return freight costs. We are not responsible for returned items received damaged. Once received at our warehouse, an inspection will occur. If we receive the return damaged due to incorrect re-packing, we will immediately notify you the return will not be eligible for credit. Once approved, your credit card or other way you paid will be credited for the product less the 15% restocking fee and return freight costs.

Defective Product Returns:

We take great pride in our Quality Control guidelines and defective product is very rare. Defective claims require 2 photos of the defective area with a written explanation.  Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to report the defective product. Within 48 hours we will review your claim and at your choice either send you a replacement or have you return the product for credit at our cost.  

All defective returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This is obtained by contacting Hampton Mantels at hello@hamptonmantels.com.

If you request to return the item, the returned item must be in the original packaging and shipping boxes and accessories with the RMA number affixed on the outside of the shipping box.  Credits for returns received without an RMA number will be significantly delayed or these items maybe also be refused by the receiving warehouse. If so, they will be shipped back at your expense.

Damaged Shipment Returns:

Please open your package and inspect upon receipt. If your shipment is received damaged, a claim must be made with us within 48 hours of receipt. If a package arrives damaged, save all packing materials, and contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the shipping company. In most cases, the purchase price and the original shipping costs (if charged) will be refunded to you or we will send a replacement (whatever you decide).  We require photos of the damaged item and shipping cartons to assist with the claim, we will ask you for these photos when you contact us at hello@hamptonmantels.com.
